- Payment and shipping details handled by approved payment providers when commerce is activated

How information may be used
Data will be used to deliver education, answer questions, moderate community spaces, fulfill orders, improve safety, and communicate about services you requested. Marketing messages will require separate consent and an easy unsubscribe path.
Photos and sensitive submissions
Client photographs and consultation details deserve elevated care. Uploaded images will not be used for public galleries, advertising, education samples, or product promotion without separate, specific permission beyond the consultation itself.
Users will be able to request permanent deletion of their submissions. Administrators will control retention windows once those tools launch.
