The professional store is a foundation preview only. No live checkout, inventory, or payment processing is enabled. Return rules below are editable planning language and require final approval before sales begin.
Physical products (planned)
Unopened professional products may be eligible for return within a defined window if they are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened chemical products will likely be non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons, except where local law requires otherwise or a product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Digital goods and courses (planned)
Because digital lessons and course access cannot be returned once unlocked, refund eligibility will be limited and clearly disclosed at purchase. Technical access problems will be supported separately from buyer's-remorse refunds.
How to request help later
A returns request path, order history, and administrator review tools will ship with the commerce phase. Until then, no product orders can be placed through this site.
